Reflexiones sobre mi viaje 4

Cuando vi esta obra en una galería en Florencia, pensé cuánta verdad había en esta frase. Normalmente uno utilizaría los lápices para pintar, no para hacer una obra con ellos. Pensé en la libertad que se había dado su creador, al cual no conozco, para plasmar su idea en forma tan original. Pensé también en mi tío Jorge que encontró en la pintura una forma de expresión nueva y por cierto muy inspiradora, y en los miles de creadores que no se manifiestan por temor a que su obra no sea tan “perfecta” como desearían….
Todo eso me llevó finalmente, (recuerden, tenía tiempo libre) a pensar en el concepto de libertad….y en la libertad para….

Crear aquello que queremos crear
Crear la vida que queremos tener
Crear las relaciones que anhelamos
Crear el espacio que necesitamos
Crear nuevas recetas para no aburrirnos
Crear nuevas aventuras para encontrar nuevos caminos


Después de todo La creatividad es mirar las cosas que siempre han existido desde otra perspectiva y hacer algo al respecto , o no? Sino fijate en esta casa hecha con legos. Tiene dos pisos!!! A quien se le hubiera ocurrido?

When I saw this picture at a gallery in Florence, I thought how true this phrase was. Normally one use pencils to paint, not to make art with them. I thought of the freedom his creator had used, who I don’t know, to create such an original art. I also thought of my Uncle George who found in painting a new way of expressing himself and certainly very inspirational one, and the thousands of creators who do not show their creations for fear that their work is not as "perfect" as they would like .... All that led me (remember, I had a lot of free time) to think of the concept of freedom .... and freedom to....

Create what we want to create

Create the life you want to have

Create the relationships we desire

Create the space we need

Create new recipes to avoid boredom

Create new adventures to find new paths

After all creativity is to look at things that have always existed in a different way and do something about it, or not? But look at this house made with lego. It has two floors! Who would have thought about it?
